Job Title Program Manager Location Austin, TX Work Mode Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities and Qualifications 12-14 years of work experience PMP Certification is required Manage individual project sprints including sprint planning, deployment, and tracking of day-to-day activities. Liaise with service provider onsite teams for project planning and deployments. Participate in project planning meetings, issue resolution, and deployment activities. Track and report production issues, support SLAs, prioritize incidents. Plan schedules, track day-to-day activities, and monitor project progress. Manage people team and deliver individual project sprint deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Act as point of contact for stakeholders for respective project sprints. Participate in prioritization meetings with the manager. Clarify open issues by interacting with other groups within the organization. Document requirements for prioritized enhancement requests in discussion with the manager. Help service provider team understand and implement specific process products for ongoing projects. Accountable for schedule slippage, cost, or quality issues. Compensation Variable compensation component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The salary range for this position is described across all US locations; the actual pay is determined by location, level, and other factors.
