Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate. Implement care in a thorough, skillful, and continuous manner. Establish priorities for patient care based on essential needs and available resources. Identify patient/family learning needs and act to meet them. Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs. Provide/coordinate care for patients/patient populations. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members and families. Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Evaluate effectiveness of care given by healthcare team members.
