Position Summary

The Inside Sales Administrator provides administrative and sales support to the sales team while ensuring excellent customer service. This role is responsible for processing orders, preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, coordinating communications, and supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery status
• Coordinates and forecast activity
• Enter and update customer information in company systems and excel
• Assist with inventory inquiries and product availability
• Generate sales reports and track customer activity
• Manage filing, recordkeeping, and document organization
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday

·        7:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay- Depending on Experience
