For more information, visit: Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.About the PositionThe Global Segment Manager – Vehicle Protection is a key member of the Global Commercial Organization. You will develop and execute the global segment strategy for Vehicle Protection, with full ownership of revenue, gross margins, product and value proposition development, and global market expansion. This role works closely with regional sales teams, project managers, technical experts, and R&D to align commercial strategy, customer needs, and technical development. You will also act as the voice of the customer within Integris' global organization and play a central role in coordinating product offerings, supplier networks, and cross-regional knowledge sharing. This remotely-based role reports directly to the CCO. Up to 40% of international travel is expected.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the global business and growth strategy for the Vehicle Protection segmentAchieve global sales, revenue, and gross margin targets for the segment in line with agreed budgetsSet sales and market development targets in close collaboration with regional sales leadershipDrive pricing strategies within the frameworks agreed with the CCOLead and coordinate global product portfolio development, including services such as modeling, simulation, and retrofit solutionsRepresent customer and market needs in global R&D prioritization and segment development projectsBuild and maintain a global supplier network for Vehicle Protection products in cooperation with PurchasingCollect, analyze, and share market intelligence, trends, and tender insights across regionsSupport Regional Sales teams with contracts, key negotiations, and complex customer engagementsEnsure effective knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across regions (US, EMEA, APAC), within legal and regulatory boundaries (e.g. ITAR)Represent Integris at exhibitions, conferences, and industry symposiumsOwn and maintain segment-specific commercial and technical documentationUphold Integris values of Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Partnership, and QualityWhat We Expect from YouYour Work Experience, Education, & SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related fieldMin. xhyhwjd 8 years of commercial experience selling complex, technical value propositions Min. 5 years of experience within the Vehicle Protection segment in a global or multinational settingStrong technical understanding of vehicle protection products, materials, and relevant standardsExperience managing and growing relationships with multinational OEMsTrack record in operating in different culturesProven ability to successfully operate and influence within a matrix organizationStrategic mindset with a strong commercial and financial understandingExcellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both governmental organizations and commercial customersExperience working with or selling to governmental or defense organizations is an advantageKnowledge of materials science, ballistic design, and armor manufacturing is an advantageFluent in German is a plusUS citizenship and/or security clearance are advantagesWe offer more than just a jobA globally impactful role within a fast-growing and strategically important segmentA team-focused work environment where your efforts are noticedAn opportunity to be part of a leading, innovative global companyCompetitive compensation with excellent benefits
