About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Senior Living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, leading in areas such as revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. A key aspect of the role is to create and maintain a culture that prioritizes the well-being of residents, families, and associates. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and executing business strategies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and leading the sales and marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a college degree and an administrator's license or certification, with a preference for those with prior leadership experience in the healthcare industry. The role requires demonstrated success in managing operating expenses, and previous experience in sales or business development is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to lead a team with a focus on attention to detail and resident care. Physical abilities include the capacity to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and engage in intermittent physical activity such as supporting residents.
