Responsibilities Are you ready to take your CAREER to the next level? As a Home Service Technician , you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily functions for providing home services. As a representative of our team, you will build relationships with our customers and home service-related solutions. Use teamwork to install home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency. Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment. Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction. Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided and interpersonal communication skills to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs. Complete all required service-related documentation. We Offer… $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Qualifications As a Home Service Technician at PermaTreat, you must possess the following skills/requirements: No Experience Required! High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older to apply. We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws. Physical Demands / Working Environment You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
