About the job Work From Home Travel Support Specialist
We are currently hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients throughout their travel journey-from planning and booking to pre-travel support and trip-related updates.
We provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
- Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
- Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
- Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Background in customer service (travel industry experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
- Enthusiastic about helping others travel smoothly
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Reliable broadband internet connection.
