Field Marketing Representative

Brand Ambassador Rove is one of the fastest growing premium cannabis brands in the nation. We use only the highest quality products to create our line of proprietary cannabis products that taste great and are created with our customers in mind. Rove is seeking a vibrant, hungry, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated individual to join its growing Brand Ambassador program, based out of Sacramento, CA. Brand Ambassadors work on a part‑time, W‑2 basis, based on availability, typically traveling within a 100‑mile radius of their home. We expect them to work up to 29 hours a week and will reimburse mileage. While this position does not offer benefits, it is a great opportunity to start a career path in one of the most dynamic and impactful industries of the century. Responsibilities Work with the Account Executive/Manager to develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts. Successfully execute vendor days by promoting and educating customers and users about Rove products, Rove’s company ethos, our services, pricing and events. Make recommendations to dispensaries and other retail outlets to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity. Take care of product event kits, materials and other visual merchandising. Learn and perform inventory counts at dispensaries and customers carrying Rove's products. Serve as the face of the brand and share Rove’s core values and mission. Foster long‑term relationships with staff and retail buyers. Manage and address customer needs and issues. Utilize CRM to maintain a record of all activity. Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm and expertise on Rove products. Learn on the fly and proactively learn about Rove’s products to pass on knowledge to customers. Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion and accountability. Be available for evenings and weekends (critical). Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks (required). Qualifications Must be aged 21 or older. A commitment to excellent customer service. Great organizational and time‑management skills. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Ambitious, self‑motivated with a strong sense of integrity and self‑sufficiency. Ability to work independently and have strong follow‑through. Proven critical‑thinking skills and flexibility while performing job duties. Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to customers daily. Sales experience is a nice‑to‑have but not previously required.
