Overview Part Time WITH benefits | Evenings | 3:45pm - 8pm | Weekends Required. Part Time | Days and Evenings | 10 hours per week | Hours vary between 8am - 8pm | Weekends Required Pay: Starting at $15.34/hr (Based on experience) Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus - is immediately hiring a Front Desk Associate. Our Front Desk Associate Is Responsible For The Following Staffs main entrances in an effective manner and identifies unusual circumstances and takes appropriate action to resolve situations. Maintains the security of the buildings. Directs visitors. Assists first responders to fire and police emergencies. Identifies and reports safety and security hazards and unusual events. Maintains a working knowledge of buildings, alarm systems and fire protection systems. Helps the Supervisor conduct fire drills and evacuations. Provides support to various departments after normal business operating hours including but not limited to Resident Care, post office mail delivery, and responding to Maintenance situations. Gains knowledge and understanding of the Security department and serves as a back up to the Security Officer on duty. Qualifications Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent. Good written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license. Previous security/police experience or completion of post High School course work in criminal justice or security preferred. Good organizational and basic computer skills. CPR certification required; in-house training can be provided.
