Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation claims with timely investigations and financial accuracy
• Ensure proper benefit oversight, claim disposition, and compliance with statutory guidelines
• Collaborate with professionals such as doctors, nurses, attorneys, and regulators
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Analyze data to support informed claim decisions
• Perform accurate calculations of disability benefits and financial exposure
• Use technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in claim handling

Claim Representative Qualifications

• Experience in workers compensation claims preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Adaptability to evolving workflows and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and active listening
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Senior Claim Representative Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers compensation claims experience required
• State adjusting license/certification as required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven high performance and achievement
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred

Additional Details

• Hybrid or remote work options available
• Candidates near office locations (Hartford, CT; Lake Mary, FL; San Antonio, TX; Naperville, IL; Scottsdale, AZ) are expected to work onsite TuesdayThursday
• Remote employees may be required to visit the office as needed
• Must obtain and maintain a State Adjusters License within 1 year of hire
