Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
At Parker Veterinary Hospital, we strive to provide the best possible care for our patients and their families. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, enjoys working with people and their pets, and thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping animals, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client questions.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
- Processing payments and assisting with daily front-desk duties.
- Supporting our veterinary team in providing excellent patient and client care.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassion for animals and their owners.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
