Finance Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client, located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a Finance Manager to closely partner with regional leadership and operations to understand cost drivers and translate operational activity into financial insight. The client offers salary and benefits package, 401(k), Holidays, unlimited PTO. This is a professional but casual office environment (jeans-friendly). The position will be 100% in office with travel.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze cost and operational variances to identify drivers and root causes
• Partner with regional managers and field teams to understand business performance
• Translate operational activity
• Support forecasting, reforecasting, and variance analysis

Skills

• 3+ years of strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Finance and/or operations background
• Advanced Excel skills and large ERP system experience
• Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non-finance partners
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in an unstructured environment
• Experience working closely with operations or in a fast-growth environment
• Exposure to forecasting, variance analysis, or transaction support

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
