We are seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in Claremont, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting. This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way – with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. Benefits Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity. Sign-On Bonus Annual Incentive Bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package (for eligible providers) 401(k) with 4% Match CME Allowance Annual Funds for Licensure/Association Dues Paid Paternity Leave Malpractice Insurance Provided Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations. Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume. Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent). Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
