Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Order Management Consultant
\nExperience: 10+ Years

\nRole Summary
\nWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM) Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across SCM modules and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO) \n
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design workshops with business stakeholders. \n
- Configure workflows, approvals, and setups for procurement and order fulfillment processes. \n
- Perform data migration, integration, and reconciliation across SCM and financial modules. \n
- Develop and execute test plans including unit, system, and UAT. \n
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability. \n
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users. \n
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces. \n
- Stay updated on Oracle patches, enhancements, and best practices. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications
\n- \n
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules. \n
- Expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Advanced Pricing. \n
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement cycles, and order fulfillment. \n
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major upgrades. \n
- Proficiency in functional documentation (MD050, BR100) and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Reports). \n
- Familiarity with multi-org structures, setups, and reporting requirements. \n
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and integration tools is a plus. \n
- Oracle certifications in SCM or related modules preferred. \n
