Day-to-Day

• Defend carriers and insureds in auto, premises liability, transportation and construction defect cases
• Draft pleadings, discovery xhyhwjd responses and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
• Take plaintiff, witness and expert depositions across Long Island and the greater NYC area
• Argue substantive motions and Daubert challenges in court
• Second-chair and eventually first-chair jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk and EDNY venues
