Major Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
- Monitor resident conditions, assess symptoms, and administer medications/treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
- Educate residents and families about health conditions and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (unencumbered) in the state.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs with compassion.
