Location: Rogers, MN
Compensation : $23.00-$30.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you'll perform precision welding on aluminum and stainless steel products used in architectural construction and industrial applications. If you enjoy hands-on fabrication work, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality metal products in a team-focused environment, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Welder:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Measure materials using calipers, squares, protractors, and other tools
• Assist with part assembly and additional fabrication tasks as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
• Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding processes
• Experience working in the sheet metal industry
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work overtime when needed
• Ability to use hand tools
• Willingness to participate in a background check and drug test
