Production Planning Clerk page is loaded## Production Planning Clerklocations: US-AIRPORT (TAS)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR103468**POSITION OVERVIEW:**The Production Planning Clerk will assist with closing out projects as well as provide other administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and greeting customers.**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Assist with project close out.* Assist production planners in the maintenance of work orders.* Extract planned orders from MRP, verify product specifications and issue work orders.* Calculate metrics such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, and amount of scrap, frequency of defects.* Additional responsibilities as required by TAS.**JOB SKILLS:*** Attention to detail and accuracy.* Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with superiors and peers as well as individuals in other departments inside the company.**EDUCATION & TRAINING:**High School Diploma or GED**RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:**Data Entry, Clerical, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Engineering, Technical# PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:Position is at least 80% to 95% at a desk working with computer.
