Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a security-focused team in documenting and maintaining infrastructure related to data security. This role is primarily focused on maintaining and updating existing documentation (approximately 90% complete) while ensuring alignment with security frameworks and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update documentation for security infrastructure supporting data security initiatives
Track changes, updates, and improvements to existing documentation
Partner with internal teams to ensure documentation reflects current processes and systems
Support documentation efforts aligned with ITIL, SIST, and NIST frameworks
Assist in ensuring documentation accuracy, organization, and accessibility
Provide ongoing maintenance for existing documentation systems

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), preferably supporting a security team
Familiarity with ITIL, SIST, and NIST frameworks
Experience documenting infrastructure and data security processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and maintain documentation
