Responsibilities: * Client Service & Advisor Support: Prepare client meeting materials, manage communications, and serve as a primary contact for service requests. * Administrative Operations: Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain CRM records. * Financial Planning & Account Support: Assist with client onboarding, prepare financial materials, and manage investment accounts. * Insurance Support: Run insurance illustrations and coordinate with specialists.
