Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, utilizing expertise in nursing practices to ensure effective care Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and participate in case management activities to coordinate care across multiple services. Experience Current RN licensure is required, with experience in long term care and skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology and documentation practices is essential Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary for success in this role.
