Sr. Service Coordinator - HVAC Dispatch NTD Mechanical – Mechanical Services Division Location: Garland, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Service Reports To: Service Director NTD Mechanical is a trusted leader in commercial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing services, serving commercial and industrial clients throughout Texas. Our Mechanical Services division specializes in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance of complex HVAC systems, delivering reliable, high‑quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise. Position Summary: The Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) is a key operations role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming service requests, organizing job documentation, and ensuring efficient daily workflow within the department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced service environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize incoming service calls and work orders Dispatch technicians and monitor schedules for daily efficiency Communicate job updates and changes with field technicians Handle customer calls, emails, and service inquiriesMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital job files Assist with invoicing and attaching required documentation Support service leadership with reports, planning, and workflow improvements What You’ll Bring 1–3+ years of dispatching or customer service experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Comfort using dispatching and/or scheduling tools, email, and document management systems Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Preferred Experience with Foundation or similar service management/ERP platforms Familiarity with HVAC terminology or commercial service workflows What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 100% company-paid life insurance ($50,000). 401(k) with discretionary company match.
