Job Summary Department: Telemetry Nursing Unit Shift Timings: 17:00-05:30 Hours 3 days of 12-hour shift (Monday-Friday) Per Week: 36 Hours Night Shift Telemetry Unit 1700--0530 shift Three 12 hr. shifts. Open to Four 12 hr shifts upon request Every other weekend Holiday rotation May float to Med/Surg Unit Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required. Experience: 2 Years Required Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
