A local Austin independent insurance agency has an immediate opening for a full‑time Personal Lines Sales Producer. This is a licensed position that requires a current Texas General Lines Agent License. Qualifications Previous Personal Lines insurance sales experience Strong communication skills; verbal and written Self‑motivated Basic computer skills and knowledge of Comparative Raters (e.g., EZLynx) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to meet or exceed sales goals Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Bonus when sales goals are met Supportive team Ongoing training and professional development Health benefits and paid time off after 90 days #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Insurance Agency
