Position Title: AP Administrator
Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:

Process, verify, and code invoices/vouchers
Average 50 invoices per week
Cut checks for two additional areas, including:
Grants: ~20 checks per week
Maintain accurate documentation and filing
Work closely with Accounting Leadership and cross-functional teams
Support month-end close
