Physical Therapist | Superior, Arizona

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in a hospital environment with a dynamic caseload and support from an engaged clinical team. This opportunity involves working across two clinical sites within a one-hour drive of each other, with the majority of time in the inpatient setting and a smaller portion spent in outpatient care.


Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Average caseload: 13-15 patients per day
• Expect time split between two clinics (within a one-hour commute)
• 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient

• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license
• Recent hospital-based physical therapy experience required
• High standard of clinical care with attention to detail in documentation and patient interactions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Current flu vaccination is mandatory with no exceptions
• Committed to a 13-week contract, with no more than three requested days off
• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility, per policy

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions for patients with diverse diagnoses
• Manage a daily caseload of up to 15 patients, prioritizing safe and effective care delivery
• Provide exceptional service in both inpatient and outpatient settings, adapting approach per environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines
