Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students at the elementary level as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This position starts as soon as possible and extends through May 2027, offering the chance to make an ongoing impact in a supportive school environment.

As a valued educational team member, you'll manage a caseload of 60–80 students at one elementary campus. Your responsibilities will blend conducting speech evaluations, participating in ARD meetings, and delivering therapeutic interventions—all onsite and in collaboration with licensed speech-language pathologists.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with elementary-age children and diverse communication needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Your Impact and Duties:

• Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of an SLP
• Complete speech/language screenings and assist in ARD documentation
• Support assessments and evaluations for students referred for services
• Maintain accurate and timely records on student progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere
