On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Mon-Thu, 4:30 PM-6:30 AM
Good Shepherd Assisted Living & Memory Care team is looking for an On-Call Home Health Aide. This position is casual and pays $19.25 - $24.04 hourly. The shift is evening or overnight, and the education level is Nursing Assistant Program. Travel is occasional, and the category is Health Care.

On-call duties include coverage at both the Sauk Rapids and Becker campuses.
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Schedule
- On-call hours include Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM 6:30 AM every third week
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise
- Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
- Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Benefits
- A daily stipend of $10 is provided when covering one campus and $20 when covering both campuses
- Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/HR Evening and $1.25/HR Overnight

Qualifications
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
- Must be at least 18 years of age
