• Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure outstanding care.
• Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families, recognizing their unique needs to aid in their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to guarantee coordinated care and provide direct patient support as necessary.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
