Manufacturing/Warehouse Assembly Associate - Track and Spring

POSITION SUMMARY:  

This position is responsible for ensuring that proper track and spring assemblies are being built as ordered per the daily schedule, stocking, and replenishing area daily. Attention to detail and some fabrication experience is needed.  

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Complete all sub-entries when needed due to stock or specific builds. 

• Complete all pickup and route schedules as per the schedule and place them in the designated area. 

• Communicate with purchasing department on any and all potential outages or shortages. 

• Communicate all back orders or shortages with Customer Service promptly. 

• Participate in physical inventory, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory. 

• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment, including but not limited to box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts, drills, saws, etc., safely, and efficiently as required to perform material handling functions. 

• Keep the area stocked and orderly for picking and completing all tasks daily. 

• Other duties may be assigned.  

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Required 

• Ability to use industrial equipment, carts, pallets, and all other equipment related to loading/shipment of garage doors, hardware, and other assemblies 

• Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. 

• Preferred 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)  

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

• Forklift license
