Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals. \n
- Provide evidence-based counseling services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies tailored to each client. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n
- Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews, collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate care. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research and techniques. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing challenges related to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Our clientele often includes individuals who have limited access to traditional healthcare resources, making your work critical in bridging the gap between need and care. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required. \n
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal guidelines relevant to mental health practice. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. \n
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance abuse counseling is highly desirable. \n
- Experience in crisis intervention and management, providing immediate support to clients in distress. \n
- Prior involvement in community health initiatives or outreach programs is a plus. \n

- Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and workload. \n
