Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely. Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals. Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results. Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license and certification in Progressive Care nursing. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities. Ability to set and achieve individual performance targets. Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar healthcare setting. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for patient monitoring. Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures. Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
