Join our supportive community where your work makes a real difference. ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Agronomy Sales Rep, you start your day by connecting with farmers, understanding their crop needs, and offering tailored solutions. You oversee the management of agronomy inventory, ensuring everything is in top shape. Throughout the day, you assist with equipment maintenance, handle billing, and maintain strong client relationships with honesty and professionalism. You'll also collaborate with our team and attend mandatory agronomy meetings to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to our overall success.The Minimum Qualifications to Be Considered:2+ years of crop production/agronomy experienceCertified Crop Advisor (CCA) certificationLicensed Commercial Applicator (1A, 1B, 1C)Seed treatment certificationClass A CDL with tanker, doubles/triples, and HazMat endorsementsKnowledge of crop production systems and herbicideExperience in crop scouting and stagingExpertise in seed placement and recommendationsProficiency in fertilizer/soil samplingStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of motivation and organizational abilitiesWillingness to engage in career advancement and additional training as recommended by senior staff READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?Don't miss out on this chance to grow your career as an Agronomy Sales Rep with Gold-Eagle Cooperative!
