Our office is a prestigious boutique financial firm specializing in insurance and wealth management solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering white glove service to our discerning clientele while fostering growth and building lasting relationships. We are seeking an elegant/sophisticated professional as a proactive receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties as you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional first impression, supporting our sales efforts, and helping attract new clients through outstanding service and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and impeccable etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, scheduling appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist in identifying potential client needs and introduce relevant financial and insurance services.
- Collaborate with the sales and advisory teams to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area reflecting our high-end brand.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate client follow-ups and ensure seamless communication.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or client-facing role within luxury services, finance, banking, or law firms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to provide white glove service consistently and professionally.
- Sales-oriented with a natural aptitude for relationship building and business development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with office software and scheduling tools.
