Process Operator - Level 2

Solstice Advanced Materials plant, located in Columbia, MO 65202, has an immediate opening on their production line for a Process Operator . As a Production Operator - Level 2 here at Solstice, you will ensure smooth production processes, monitor parameters, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Your role is crucial for quality and compliance. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Columbia, MO location. Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping. Work as a team to complete assigned tasks. Will be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work 12-hour shifts Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am U.S. Person Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. Qualifications Must Have: Ability to collaborate with others and work independently Ability to identify key details Ability to troubleshoot where necessary Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction We Value: Valid Driver’s License Strong attendance High school diploma or equivalent Compensation The annual base hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour plus a $2.30 per hour Night Shift Premium.
