Study for and obtain necessary resident-state and securities/insurance licenses during the first 8 to 13 weeks Potentially enroll in a comprehensive 6-week training program after licensing Build a book of business with the goal of joining the sponsoring team as a traditional financial advisor Meet potential clients and build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals Educate and empower clients regarding investments, insurance, retirement and generosity Build a personal network through local nonprofits, churches and businesses Develop financial-advisor skills and best practices Serve clients with mentorship through joint field work Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Satisfactory background check Fingerprinting Securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work during frequent interruptions Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive and confidential information Necessary licenses may include resident-state Life, Health and Annuity; SIE; Series 6 and 63; Series 7 and 66; or Series 7, 63 and 65 Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in building client relationships and developing financial advisory skills, while maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and handling sensitive information.
