Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic and supportive tasks, including:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and aspirations of each client.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your focus will be on addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma. You will contribute significantly to improving clients' quality of life through compassionate care and evidenced-based practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

  • A valid mental health license issued by the state, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

  • Professional liability insurance to ensure the highest standards of practice.

  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on outpatient care.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in remote therapy or those who have worked with specific populations such as trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, or families facing complex issues will be highly valued.
