The Tina Harvey Agency is seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Producer to

join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for

building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community

involvement

• Sell and service personal and commercial insurance products

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and conduct coverage reviews

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity

• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

Requirements

• Active Kansas Property Casualty (PC) License

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Professional appearance and demeanor
