Seasonal Team Leader – Winter Park Seasonal, full and part time roles available. Pay: $21/hour base wage, plus tips. Requires a valid driver's license and expects weekend and holiday work. Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required. Daily operations are broken into morning and evening shifts. Each day presents new challenges; leaders adapt, manage expectations, and lead by example. Perks and Benefits Free Alterra Mountain Company employee pass (unlimited access to all AMC owned resorts) Ability to upgrade to a full Ikon Pass at a heavily discounted rate Unlimited skiing (everyday) Access to 645+ industry discounted brands through Expertvoice Discounted access to Rossignol/Dynastar/Lange equipment 401(k) benefit and match for all staff members over 18 years old Location specific, customer service based bonuses (4 total in-season) Primary Responsibilities Opening and closing the shop daily Conduct pre‑ and post‑shift team meetings and ensure each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for the current and upcoming shift Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails promptly Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls Ensure brand standards are met daily (uniforms, vans, equipment, shop cleanliness, etc.) Set up the next shift for success Upsell existing guests via phone calls/texts in pre‑delivery communication Secondary Responsibilities Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system Schedule work assignments for the following shift Provide real‑time feedback and coaching, both positive and constructive, to meet Key Customer Requirements Assist labor management during slow periods Take reservations and issue refunds Assist with delivery and support service operations as needed Requirements Valid driver's license.
