This role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish—managing crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at coordinating field operations, people, and processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on active job sites Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling Conduct daily job site inspections to ensure safety and quality Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and crews Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Review and approve timesheets and labor tracking Train, mentor, and evaluate field crew members Resolve job site issues quickly while maintaining productivity and professionalism Uphold high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction supervision Proven experience managing service and repair projects Strong understanding of roofing systems and field operations Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with job documentation, reporting, and scheduling systems Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Requirements Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Ability to work in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment Competitive salary (based on experience) Quarterly Bonus potential Company vehicle or allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Why Join Service Works?
