This role is ideal for a results-driven construction professional with at least five years of commercial project experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Superintendent will play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to maintain efficient project workflows and timely progress. Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to building codes, quality standards, and project specifications. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Track material deliveries and equipment needs to avoid delays and maintain a fully stocked site. Manage documentation related to project progress, change orders, and site reports. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a secure and compliant job site for all personnel. Represent the company in site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
