Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or equivalent required)
• Experience operating imaging equipment and assisting with diagnostic/interventional cardiac procedures
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and sterile technique
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and some weekends as required by the Cath Lab schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to support diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor during cases, upholding sterile field and patient monitoring practices
• Assist physicians in catheter placement, angioplasty, and other interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and supplies used
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Provide patient education before and after procedures

$2,251 - $2,381/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
