Owner Relations Manager - 40k-50k

Express is hiring an Owner Relations Manager in Pigeon Forge, TN.


Responsibilities include:

• Monitor property performance, review financial reports, and identify opportunities for profitability improvements
• Resolve owner concerns professionally and proactively to nurture positive long-term partnerships
• Support budgeting, capital improvement planning, and provide recommendations for property enhancements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering outstanding support and relationship management

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a related field required. (3-5 years)
• Proficiency in MS office.
