What Will You Be Doing

This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial regulatory and operational this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception Activities Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments as well as their success.
• Employee hiring training satisfaction and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Compliance with state regulations.

Always ensuring resident & family satisfaction.

• Promote direct and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Livings Mission and Value Statement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrators License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience in an Assisted Living Independent Living or Memory Care facility desired.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid drivers license
