Position: Food Services Manager- Full Time Position Highlights Assists the FNS Director in planning, directing, and supervising all FNS functions and partners with the exception of Director of FNS, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR). Works with the Director of FNS, RDN, NDTR, Regional Dietitian, and Administrator and follows recommendations made. Has a thorough understanding of all regulations (local, state, and federal) which affect FNS including, but not limited to, patient care, sanitation, labor, fire, safety, and disaster and ensures continued compliance to these regulations. Experience Must have or obtain an approved Sanitation Course certification, as required by NHC standards and per state regulations.
