Accounting Manager

Headfarmer is partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality organization that oversees a portfolio of luxury lodging, food & beverage, and experiential lifestyle brands. As the company continues to launch new concepts and enter new markets, they are seeking an Accounting Manager who can bring both strong technical accounting expertise and a business-minded approach to financial operations.


This is not a traditional corporate accounting role. You'll have the opportunity to influence processes, support new ventures, work directly with senior leadership, and help create scalable financial infrastructure in a company that's actively growing.



The Opportunity
The Accounting Manager will serve as a key member of the finance team, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial operations across multiple business entities. This individual will partner closely with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights while maintaining strong accounting controls and reporting practices.


The ideal candidate enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with higher-level analysis and process improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable navigating change, solving problems independently, and stepping into areas that need attention.

• Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting that supports executive decision-making
• Maintaining strong controls and accounting processes in a fast-moving environment

• Supporting growth initiatives, new business launches, and system enhancements
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to operational and leadership teams
• Bringing structure and accountability while remaining adaptable as the business evolves

Background We're Interested In

• Several years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience working in organizations that are growing, evolving, or highly entrepreneurial
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of taking ownership and operating with minimal oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

• CPA designation
• Public accounting background
• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, multi-unit, or consumer-facing business experience
• ERP experience, including NetSuite or similar platforms
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, or business analytics
