Position: Join an established group to fill in PSA shifts alongside our full-time physicians Practice Team and Support: Current group includes full-time and PRN board-certified OB/GYNs Full-time CNMs and NPs Full office support Schedule and Clinical Responsibilities: 7 on/7 off schedule with a mix of inpatient deliveries, surgeries, and clinic patient care Standard clinic hours with an average of 20–25 clinic patients per day and approximately 420 deliveries per year Shared weekday call, with CNMs taking first call Hospital and Referral Network: One-hospital coverage at Maria Parham Health, located 40 minutes from Durham Level I Nursery Direct referrals in place with Duke University for MFM and other specialties Technology, Equipment and Clinic Resources: daVinci Robot onsite LEEP equipment and ultrasound onsite in clinic Point-of-care testing available in clinic Athena and Paragon EMR, with M-Modal for dictation Pessary fitting supplies, colposcope, two procedure rooms, and a full supply of instruments for in-office procedures Our compensation package can include: Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid time off and retirement plan Comprehensive health and well-being benefits Student loan repayment assistance Early-commitment residency stipend Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance About Our Hospital and Health System: Maria Parham Health is a 102-bed hospital located in Henderson, NC and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
