About the Opportunity

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships by providing expert assistance and efficient solutions. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and navigate complex situations will be vital to our collective success.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Authorize sales and manage customer accounts, contributing to business objectives while adhering to company policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact, building rapport and trust with every interaction.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years).
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to type while talking, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and proficiently use MS Office and search tools.
• Availability to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., with flexibility to work 1 day on the weekend.
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote work environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and effective objection-handling skills to navigate challenging customer scenarios.
• Adaptability to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes in a dynamic environment.
