Outbound Lead Generation Specialist - Part Time

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to join our State Farm agency in a part-time outbound sales and lead-generation role.

This is a high-volume outbound calling position designed for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, talking to new people, handling rejection, and consistently working toward measurable goals.

This position may be especially appealing to someone who wants a consistent part-time schedule while also having the opportunity to earn additional income based on performance.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $15/hour base pay
• Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual production and results
• $18-$22+/hour earning potential with performance bonuses
• Approximately 20-25 hours per week
• Increased bonus opportunities at higher production levels

This position is designed to reward results. Base pay provides consistent hourly compensation, while our bonus structure allows productive team members to increase their effective hourly earnings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers during scheduled working hours.
• Introduce prospective customers to our agency and generate interest in State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify potential customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities for our licensed team.
• Consistently follow up with prospects who may require multiple contacts.
• Maintain a high level of energy and effort throughout each calling shift.
• Learn enough about our products and services to confidently introduce our agency and answer basic questions.
• Accurately document calls, conversations, follow-ups, and prospect information in our CRM system.
• Meet established expectations for call volume, lead generation, and production based on scheduled hours.
• Follow State Farm guidelines and applicable compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the overall growth and production goals of the agency.

• Previous telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar experience is preferred but not required

Insurance experience is not required We're more interested in finding someone with the right energy, resilience, communication skills, and work ethic who is willing to learn.
