Second, we are committed to work‑life balance for our team. Our stores close at 2 pm! We are looking for a Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. They add flavor and hold the team together. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with little supervision. They take pride in ensuring food and beverage quality and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
